Shipping Policy

We take pride in delivering your Ayurvedic essentials safely and on time.

Shipping & Delivery

• Warehouse Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pondicherry, India.
• Delivery Timeline (Domestic): Please allow 7–14 business days from the date of order for delivery across India.
• Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary by location. A minimum shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

Cancellations After Dispatch or COD Rejections

If an order is:

• Cancelled after dispatch, or
• Rejected at the time of delivery (COD orders)

Then two-way shipping costs will be charged at actuals:

• For prepaid orders, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
• For COD orders, the equivalent shipping amount will be deducted from the customer’s reward points.

Delivery Instructions

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure someone you trust (e.g., a family member, neighbour, or colleague) can sign and receive the order. KANNI AYURVEDA is not responsible for parcels signed by an alternate person.

Damage or Shortage Claims

– All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the same day of delivery.
– KANNI AYURVEDA is not liable for damage reported after delivery.

Shipping and handling rates are based on factors such as product weight, volume, and packaging. These are transparently shown at checkout.
