Refund and Cancellation Policy

At KANNI AYURVEDA, your happiness and safety come first. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, full-priced products returned within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer support.
2. Return the products in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer and charged at actuals.

Non-Returnable Items

– Opened or used products (due to our preservative-free formulation and hygiene standards).
– Items bought on sale or promotional offers.

Please consult our Ayurvedic experts before purchasing if you’re unsure about a product’s suitability.

Refund Process

– Refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days after inspection of returned products.
– Prepaid order refunds will be made to the original payment method.
– For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after deduction of applicable shipping charges (if any).

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting our support. After dispatch, the cancellation is treated as a return and will incur shipping charges.
