Kanni Ayurveda Order Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 6 October 2026

Kanni Ayurveda allows eligible orders to be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.

A ₹100 cancellation charge applies to an eligible cancellation made before dispatch.

The applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method after deduction of the cancellation charge.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If you have an issue with a dispatched order, please contact Kanni Ayurveda. Any eligible return, exchange, or refund will be handled according to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

COD Orders

The ₹100 COD shipping/handling charge is separate from the ₹100 order cancellation charge.

The COD charge is not a cancellation fee.

How to Cancel a Kanni Ayurveda Order

Contact us as soon as possible with:

·         Customer name

·         Registered phone number

·         Email address

Cancellation requests are subject to the dispatch status of the order.
